Our usual routine is getting to know each other over DM's, sharing ideas, getting excited about your plans and of course, making sure we're free! If you'd like to arrange a zoom call or chat on the phone, we're also happy to do this as well. Then if you feel like we're a good fit, we kindly request 50% up front to book you in and the remaining balance is due one month before your event. We also send over a confirmation email with all of your details, terms and conditions etc. before you part with any money to make sure you're absolutely happy with everything.
